Kiloby Inquiries for Parents and Children
16 week program beginning in June 2022
This program is an in depth workshop that will teach skills and tools of somatic and compassionate enquiry over a four month period. A team of facilitators and trainers has been working on this for two years, developing resources, a curriculum, and a format for bringing the teachings of both the Kiloby Inquiries (https://kiloby.com) and the Living Inquiries (https://www.livinginquiries.com) to parents, children and youth.
The program includes live sessions, lifetime access to resource materials, question and answer sessions, practice sessions with facilitators and peers, and follow-up support.
Men's Groups
These groups are run online every two weeks for a twelve week cycle and provide a safe and supportive space for men to share their challenges, feelings, struggles with life and their grief. We've been taught, as men, that we can not show vulnerability, and this has led to a stagnation of grief inside us, that can cause physical, emotional and mental difficulties as we go through life.
In this space, a safety is found over time, so that the cells of the body relax and open, and intimacy can be found and nurtured. This gradually leads to stepping into life with more and more tenderness towards ourselves, that softens hard edges and opens the door to new strengths and genius that was always there, waiting to be discovered.
"All the possibilities of your human destiny are asleep in your soul." (John O'Donohue)
These possibilities are simply waiting to be awakened, and can only do so when the heart and body are open. If we are closed behind defensive walls, this waking won't happen.
Cost - $120 for six sessions
Men's Circles
with Kate Griffiths
I am currently running a group for men that meets every month with Kate Griffiths, founder of Whole Self Leadership, a coach and facilitator, who uses colour to connect to what really matters. Working together, we bring a different perspectives which en riches and deepens the group experience. We run the circle following these principles:
-
No one needs fixing because everyone is naturally creative, resourceful and whole
-
Less is more – the format is intentionally simple so that participants can show up and be present
-
The intention is to allow fragility which comes from modelling curiosity, contemplation, composure and gentleness
-
Meeting in a circle allows you the space to grow at your own rate
